My colleagues can't see my shared buttons
If your colleagues can see no buttons at all:
- the most likely cause is that they haven't authorized Butler. Please, ask them to follow the instructions in this article: Authorizing Butler
If your colleagues can see only one button:
- the most likely cause is that they don't have an upgraded account. Please, refer to this article for details: Do I need an individual or a team subscription?
