Using Button Recommendations
Butler allows you to customize the Trello user interface by adding buttons that perform functions defined by you.
To get you started faster, Butler will also recommend buttons based on the most frequent actions you performed on the current board:
- Click on Recommended For You. Butler will generate and display some recommendations based on your usage history in this particular board. This may take up to a minute or two.
- Click on the Thumbs Up icon to create a button based on a recommendation. You will need to enter a title (label) for the button, and may optionally select an icon, and add, remove or rearrange the order of the actions before saving it.
- Click on the Thumbs Down icon to tell Butler not to recommend this button any more. Discarded recommendations can be re-displayed by clicking on a link at the bottom of the list. You may need to scroll down to find it.
If there's a large amount of recommendations a link will appear to show more at the bottom of the list. You may need to scroll down to find it.
Note: If the board is new or there hasn't been much activity, Butler won't be able to provide any recommendations. Use the board over a period of time and try again.
